What is ABA?

Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) is the science of learning put into everyday practice. It helps us understand what influences behaviour, reduce behaviours that get in the way of daily life, and teach useful alternatives and new skills, all tailored to each child and family. We track progress to see what’s working and adjust support as needed. With caregivers as part of the team, learning can happen anywhere, from playtime to getting ready for the day or settling into a bedtime routine!
